Florida driver runs stop sign without license, injures three

Recklessness has no place behind the wheel of a car. When a person is driving, their full attention needs to be placed on the road ahead of them. A car accident can occur even to the most focused of drivers, but when your mind is elsewhere or you look away from the road, your accident risk significantly increases.

Negligence is another trait that no driver should exhibit, but one unidentified Florida man combined the two irresponsible actions during a serious car accident in Jupiter, Florida. Behind the wheel without a license, the driver crashed into another vehicle — rolling it over — after he ran through a stop sign.

The vehicle of the at-fault driver suffered minor damage, but three people had to be hospitalized for the injuries they sustained in the wreck. The carelessness shown in this crash by the at-fault driver was not lost on local authorities, who ticketed the driver for driving without a valid license and for not stopping at a stop sign. The driver has also been called to court.

Car accidents are a part of the risks of the road. When an accident is minor, such as a fender bender, you can get over the incident easily and with minimal hassle. But when another person acted in an irresponsible way, and that decision caused you or a loved one serious physical or emotional harm, there may seem to be little that you can do or say to move on.

Rest assured that with appropriate legal representation, you can recuperate any losses — may they be medical bills, property damage or income missed due to injury — through a personal injury suit, allowing you to move on with your life.
